The apartment's location is convenient, being close to the supermarket, the pier, and the shopping centre "Ocean Terminal." The view from the fifth floor is lovely, providing a glimpse of both Leith Harbour and Edinburgh. The apartment is spacious and easily accessible via self-check-in.
The doors were noisy, requiring us to wedge something to prevent slamming.

Fantastic modern apartment overlooking the water. Warm and cosy for a Christmas stay. Excellent staff. Access to Edinburgh by car or bus. Asda supermarket and restaurants nearby. Apartments serviced daily. Great home away from home with bedrooms, lounge, kitchen, and laundry facilities. Regular bus service. Lovely walk by the water.

We loved the spaciousness of the flat, with great views of the harbor and the city center nearby. The free parking and easy access to transportation were convenient. The cleanliness was excellent and the hotel facilities were great.

The location offered a peaceful ambiance, and the bus stop just across the road made it convenient to explore the city. We appreciated having everything we needed in the apartment, and it was kept clean throughout our visit. the nearby Asda made grocery shopping easy.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The views were absolutely stunning, especially from our penthouse on the 7th floor. We had plenty of space and loved having three bathrooms. The location was also perfect for us, as we could easily walk to the nearby harbor and enjoy the restaurants there. The staff at reception were friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. we had a comfortable and luxurious experience at this hotel.
This hotel is perfect for families, with plenty of space and amenities to accommodate everyone. We highly recommend it for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.
